Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

  1. Item arrives damaged

  2. Wrong item received

  3. Delivery exceeds 60 days

How to Request a Refund

Within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Decisions may include:

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to:

  • Delays in resolution

  • Permanent restriction from ordering again

  • Report to our payment partner (Payzone)
