Because each rug is made by hand, variations are normal.
Custom sizes and handmade-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Valid Returns

Accepted only if:

• Wrong item received

• Item arrives damaged

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed defective.
