By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These policies are designed to ensure transparency, protect our artisans, and minimize disputes with our payment partners.

1. Handmade & Custom Products

Most BohoBerber products are handmade by Moroccan artisans.
Many items are custom-made for each customer.

Therefore:

  • Small variations in size, pattern or color are normal and expected

  • Production times vary according to artisan availability

  • Delivery times may range from 20 to 60 business days

By placing an order, you acknowledge these characteristics.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
Custom items begin production immediately and cannot be modified once started.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
International duties or customs charges may apply depending on the customer’s country.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time: 20 to 60 business days, depending on:

  • Handmade production time

  • Product complexity

  • Artisans’ workload

  • International carrier delays

  • Customs clearance

These delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund, unless the maximum timeframe (60 days) is exceeded.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because products are handcrafted:

  • Custom, handmade, and made-to-order items are non-refundable

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items

  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Payment Disputes

Before opening any dispute or chargeback, customers must contact us at

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, logos, descriptions, and designs belong to BohoBerber.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
